CARRIAGE OAKS SPORT COURT RULES
1. The Carriage Oaks sport court is available to Carriage Oaks residents who are current on their Homeowner Association dues (POA) and Members in good standing.
2. Courts are Open to Carriage Oaks Residents and their guests only. A Member must be present at all times during use of the court.
3. The Sport Court is used at your own risk.
4. The courts are open daily from 7 am - 10 pm.
5. Each household may have a total of 6 Guests. (A guest is defined as any person not living in the household)
6. No animals allowed inside the court area.
7. No glass containers or food allowed on the courts. No alcoholic beverages are allowed for anyone under the age of 21 at any of the Carriage Oaks Amenities.
8. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed on the courts unless supervised by an adult.
9. Tennis Shoes and Appropriate attire are to be worn at all times.
10.Each player is responsible for leaving the area clean and disposing of all trash in container outside the gate.
11.No smoking or vaping inside the court.
12.Push the gate shut to ensure it is locked when leaving.
PENALTIES
The Operating Rules for all facilities are designed to ensure the enjoyment and safety of all users and to protect the facilities. The Board reserves the right to revise these rules, as necessary. Please be respectful of all Members and Guests and report any health or safety concerns to a Board Member or the property management company.
If Members, their families, or Guests are found in violation of the rules for any amenity, the following penalties will apply:
1st Violation: Verbal warning
2nd Violation: Written warning
3rd Violation: Suspension of privileges (the type and frequency of violations will determine the length of suspension)
4th Violation: Fine (amount to be determined by the Board of Directors)
The Board of Directors, however, reserves the right to apply any combination of these penalties based on the severity of the violation. Penalties are cumulative and do not reset annually.
